Return & Refund Policy

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for returns

A return is only accepted if the product:

  • is unused and unopened

  • is in its original, undamaged packaging

  • includes any original labels

  • is accompanied by proof of purchase

For reasons of hygiene, product safety and traceability, sealed products whose packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.


How to request a return

Return requests must be submitted exclusively via

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive:

  • further instructions

  • and, where applicable, a return shipping label

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, contact us without delay via orders@neornipharma.be so that we can properly assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • animal nutritional supplements whose seal has been broken

  • perishable goods

  • custom-made or personalised products

  • hazardous or regulated substances

  • discounted items

  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether a specific product can be returned, please contact us in advance.


Return shipping costs

  • For defective or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs are borne by NeorniPharma.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once a return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product separately.


Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without stating any reason.

This right does not apply to sealed animal nutritional supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
